Management is unorganised and they don't trust their own staff. You can be gas-lit by management and bullying is seen. People treated terribly and it shows with high staff turnover. Same roles are constantly advertised. Promises are not met and you will be moved into a different department regardless of your insight. There is no room for you to be promoted. People have been there for years without progression. Many people are secretly unhappy behind closed doors, never seen in an open plan office environment. The toilets areas need desperate updating and are located in the stairwell. Found that people had go on stress leave regularly.
