- Early joiners get a lot more perks and power than anyone joining now. - The idea of an "Ops team" is completely shunned and misunderstood. - Complete lack of direction given to staff from management. - No investment in your personal training nor development.

Fun, Exciting, Fast moving. Great team of talented individuals, everyone encouraged to contribute and suggest ways to do things better. Very client focussed, work closely with clients to improve TVSquared's platform. Constant opportunities to learn new things and adopt new technologies/etc as necessary. Many opportunities to contribute to making something great, and much support given to help you do so. Office located in the middle of historic Edinburgh, right next to the castle.
