Upper management does not care about its employees or guests safety despite pretense otherwise. Upper management does not care about making comfortable accommodations for guests or employees. Upper management only cares for the money it makes from its slots, and does not care about providing resources for hospitality to its hosts to serve guests appropriately. I have repeatedly not been able to make the most common cocktails because of lack of spirits, ingredients, or bitters provided. They only expect us to serve beer and get frustrated when we have upticks in hard spirit sales because we are requesting replenishing of spirits supplies. Employees are regularly expected to pay for emergency replacements of ingredients out of pocket.
