Pros
Good coordination among a diversified team. Some jobs are very specific, others are very transversal. I see these jobs being adequate to staff profiles. In 2024 we moved to a great start-up environment, being surrounded by the right spirits. This is a great growth moment, and I am glad to make part of it. I am specially glad to be part of technology useful for the real industry, in the factory floor, local and global.
Cons
It took a while for TWEVO to get to this phase, with some hard moments (COVID and electronics crisis, some good colleagues leaving). Have had to endure to get to better times.
