Pros
There are no pros at all.
Cons
The “6-month probation” is a cute story they tell. Month five is when they politely push you out so they don’t have to give you that promised increment. It’s not a coincidence. It’s a system. Targets are delusional. Double growth every month or sit through ritualistic public shaming disguised as “review meetings.” The leadership style? Intimidation, ego, and zero ownership. The founder will make the most annoying face you can ever witness in your life if you do not achieve your targets. A lot of daily meetings for people who produce nothing except pressure. Retention is practically a joke. Three hired. Three gone. New batch comes cheaper. Clients get reassigned like you were a temporary login ID. Job security exists — but only for the 4 untouchables at the top. Arjun, Pranjal, Vinayak and Hemanth. For everyone else, you’re inventory. Performance won’t save you. Ego management will. If you respect your mental health, think twice. Sometimes unemployment is less stressful than working in a revolving door. You should rather leave the country instead of coming to this shady and unsafe place.
