Pros

- Midsized company of around 120 employees where people treat each other in a friendly and informal manner. - There are regular company events / diners. - Room for growth (salary wise and professionally). - In a smaller company it is possible to take on a wider variety of tasks, rather than be restricted to what your position title entails (as is sometimes the case in more enterprise sized companies). - Multiple locations (Berlin / Münich / Utrecht / London) with regular travel if you want to. - International workforce (mainly English as working language). - There are some nice benefits in place (Urban Sports, Inflation bonus)

Cons

Mid-sized companies offer limitations in terms of vertical growth. It will be harder to obtain a leadership role for instance, at least when you work in the supporting functions (such as HR). For the consultants there are structured career steps in place, as is common for a consultancy company.

Pros

- interesting projects with adequate involvement from the first minute - great colleagues - other consultants are very friendly & helpful; more than working colleagues & friendships develop

Cons

- volatile working hours - for a consultancy more than fair working hours, but peak weeks with high intentsity

Pros

I do not find any pros for this company

Cons

Be prepared to have the worst time of your life. This company is one step before therapy. I am talking about a company whose CEO calls a pregnant employee "fat" in front of several colleagues.
