You can make some really great money in this company. I also made some amazing friends while working there.

Cons

The worst work experience I ever had in my life! -No sense of company culture whatsoever. -I have never seen so many people cry in an office. This is mostly due to the boss and his attitude towards employees. Has no respect for anyone. -The fact that employees don't feel respected leads to a really depressing and unmotivated environment. -Was put in really uncomfortable situations with clients/candidates by having to lie -Constantly micromanaged, no trust. -Really no ethics whatsoever.

Good experience, good money but horrendous company culture and working environment

You can earn a lot of money in a relatively cheap city, great exposure to senior candidates and clients, international experience

Cons

Very stressful environment and high pressure The management are extremely unprofessional with their staff and also with clients Appalling company culture The majority of people who work there hate it and then spend the whole time complaining so it can be a really poisonous and depressing atmosphere at times Absolutely no trust and no flexibility. Despite being based in Argentina and working with clients globally on completely different time zones, everybody has to do the same hours even though it would be so much more effective to allow people to work different hours depending on projects they are working on.
