      Worst experience in 25 years!

      Pros

      There are some lovely people working at Taaleem but not in senior management

      Cons

      I was first hand witness to the CEO being rude about employees behind their backs and obnoxious in direct dealins with them. Belittling people and never listening to suggestions about how to get things done. The CEO's way or the highway! Keeping Taaleem in the dark ages and running the company as if the employees were the school kids. Employees are just a commodity and Taaleem have earned a more than fair reputation for being morally reprehensible when it comes to dealing with staff in their employ.

      Office Management: • Support the Principal to develop the Business in line with the strategic platforms and the school’s own vision and goals • Implementing new business processes and new administrative systems. • Provides day to day administrative support to the principal. • Managing and supervise staff and delegating workload and measuring their output. • Communicates parent concerns and other issues to the Principal and Departments heads. • Communicates and update with board member of the schools and the owners on monthly basis. • Personal development and arranging trainings for team members.

      HR Management: • Managing the operational functions of HR, insuring compliance with policies and procedures and providing efficient and effective service levels to stakeholders. • Responsible for maintaining confidential staff folders. • Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction.
