Pros

Nice building, staff is great, games are fine.

Cons

They post "50-60 hours", but its a HARD 60 hours while also expecting a 7 day work week, with no regard to personal boundaries. No actual employer contribution to benefits (just "options"), no handbook presented, training pathway is nonexistent, unreasonable and grossly inappropriate ownership. This person will text you at 7 in the morning at 10 at night. Ownership is all over the place and as a result the whole organization is scattered and just a mess. It would have been a great job if there was accountability and respect. Complete bait and switch, from start to finish.

Pros

Fun and interesting projects, fantastic people, nice in-office perks.

Cons

Too much for one designer, management of projects was lacking or was micromanaged, lack of flexibility about hours and wfh arrangements.

Co-Workers Amazing - CEO not so much

Pros

The other people trapped there with you.

Cons

Started as a board game company, now it's just an arcade. The CEO will have conversations with other staff ( or maybe just in his head) about things that affect your job, and then get mad that you didn't do what they said.
