- 7+ servers on, 3-4 bartenders on ( 18 seat bar) so you will end up making no money
- We had decent management for the 1st 9 months I was there then a manager from one location transferred and started all the above points.
- no barback for as crazy as the service bar got along with all the prep-work we needed to do
- if a server, your tip out will be 5%
- pay for parking with no reimbursement
- the clientele is meh
- 20% employee discount. Managment will not give you a shift meal if you work a double...unless HE SCHEDULES you a double. If you picked it up it's on you. Get the food on HH it's cheaper than the discount they give. Yet, ITB night (Monday) is 50% for ITB people to come in while you get 20%
