Elitist and dishonest. Focused on numbers, not guest experience or authenticity. Zero concern for work/life balance, only profits.

Great culture and the Management is awesome. 100% paid benefits and free food for all employees!

Cons

Still working the kinks out on the administrative end to streamline the numbers but all in all for a company on the verge of going big from mom and pop they are where they should be.
