      - Great learning exposure for freshers - Early responsibility (even interns handle senior-level work) - Fast-paced environment teaches you to adapt quickly

      - No proper tools or processes aligned with industry standards -No focus on employee well-being or growth -Toxic work culture with excessive monitoring (constant camera surveillance) -Unprofessional environment, lack of support and structure

      So many cons: Political Environment Low Salary Poor Management No salary on time Upper Management is horrible Terminate employees without giving a notice period Anytime they change the shift timing, Day into night. Unhygeinic environment. No appreciation Extra Hours No Benefits Etc
