Pros
Taggarts is a company which specialises in Architecture, Waste & Energy. Most projects are brought in from our council frameworks, including; Recycling Centres, SRF Facilities, Public Realm, Waste Transfer Stations. There is some variety with doing Solar farms, AD plants, sports pitches. It is good for a civil engineer.
Cons
I have been working closely with my senior engineer for the past year which has been a blessing. But most staff are left to their own projects which you may prefer. There isn't much training in the company- rather up to you to learn, then work is checked over. There is little training of new softwares, but management are eager for people to tackle new softwares.
