- No working environment (no aglile or waterfall or task based only we want to make a web application) - No quality assurance or tester - No clear requirements ( The task is like make a page for something. no ui design no acceptance criteria. no details and a lot of notes, comments and changes after completing a lot of tasks as tasks are reviewed after very long time) - No backend developers (the only backend developer for all the projects is one of the company managers and have no software engineering knowledge, back end is not stable and is more like just interface for the database and all logic is done in front end) - Backend is full of issues. - No api documentation. and Apis is changed frequently even if for completed tasks. ( without any business changes. same login and same everything. and you don't informed that any thing changed but accidentally find something wrong while browsing the application ). - very small team with no seniors - No insurance (social or medical) - No official holidays - New rules from management any time without any discussion. - in case you want to leave there is a long notice period and you will be surprised you will not take your salary once you said you want to leave. and get a promise from company owner the you will have your money once the project you are working on is completed and delivered without any issues and this seems impossible because of the above working conditions and no stable backend and the hug amount of changes in design and logic. (company owner is the ceo and he is not technical and don't have any technical knowledge to understand that the backend is not stable and full of issues so it is your responsibility to deliver working app to get your last month or more salaries)
