Pros

Perks and benefits which will never get to enjoy, because you need to be confirmed before you get these, which i think most people will quit before that happens.

Cons

If you are young or without family commitment, feel free to try out. If you need a work-life balance, stay away from this place. Job description is not exactly clear, every day just need to make sure you are answerable with the tasks that has been given to you, your superior may not care whether you can cope with it or not (He/She is also struggling to meet his/her KPI). The culture just stays that way, either you can cope and stay on with that kind of working style with not much empathy or human touch or just leave ASAP, there are better jobs out there for you.
