salary paid in time, no control

I had the unfortunate experience of working for SaTTAM Almadi, and it was nothing short of disappointing. I was paid $400 per month for 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, which is far below fair compensation for the work I was doing. When I finally asked for a fair and reasonable pay for my time and effort, instead of having an open discussion or attempting to find a solution, I was abruptly fired. Not only did I lose my job under unfair circumstances, but I was also informed that I wouldn’t be paid for 20 days after my termination. This is not just unprofessional, it's also unethical. It's incredibly frustrating to dedicate yourself to a role, only to be treated with such disregard when you simply ask for what you're worth. Communication was lacking throughout my time working with him, and when issues arose, there was no effort to resolve them in a respectful or professional manner. It’s incredibly disheartening when your hard work and commitment are met with exploitation and disrespect. I would strongly advise against working with SaTTAM Almadi or his business. My experience was filled with unethical treatment, poor communication, and a lack of respect for workers.
