Cons

Meetings focus more on slamming other internal departments and leaders than moving forward and getting things done. Tons of drama and backstabbing from department heads.

Antiquated pricing and CRM system. Unprofessional and combative work atmosphere. Zero employee development opportunities and business leaders to not value employee development. You will be treated poorly and be given champagne expectations with beer ingredients.
