Pros

TF was a great company prior to April 2014 when Monster acquired them. I can't really think of any pros now.

Cons

The HR staff is really green simple things like not knowing about city regulation regarding sick time. When Monster took over all employees were treated like new hires and forced to sign a slew of contracts to keep their jobs including a Non-Compete which included a non-disparagement section which you had to sign to keep your current job. We all lost our 100% paid benefits and now had to pay for benefits with a higher deductible and less coverage. The HR staff lacks transparency, communication to the field is minimal and last minute especially if it has a significant impact. They automatically deny unemployment claims even if your contract ended on great terms and they didn't have work available. Expect to have to defend yourself to unemployment after they give you very little notice that you're required to take a 90-day break, they're ending your benefits immediately and they don't have any work for you. Baffling and humiliating after being a top performer at their customer account for over a year.

Pros

Talent Fusion cares about the health and success of its employee's careers and development. They have a clear message and a shared vision. They offer flexibility in work style and hours. Most importantly THEY ARE FUN! Talent Fusion has a great culture club that engages onsite and remote employees.

Cons

There have been quite a few changes in the recent past which can be difficult to adapt to however once you do you understand why they took place and see the positive.

Pros

-Flexible/Remote opportunities (some of the time, depends on your manager) -Plenty of PTO -Beautiful campus -Great team of co-workers -Management was great until the acquisition (then all the good ones left) -Overall culture was great until the acquisition. - Free snacks (sometimes)

Cons

-There is no consistency in the company- some managers let you work remote whenever you want, and some never do at all. -Raises and promotions are promised, yet never actually happen. You will be stuck making a barley livable wage no matter how long you've been with the company and no matter how much work you put in. They claim they can't promote due to a "hiring freeze" then proceed to bring on several new employees at one time. - Lack of training for new employees. -Sales team sells anything they can to meet quota without setting expectations with the client- when the project fails, it falls on the recruiter who was never involved with the scoping process. -Unrealistic agency metrics are implemented but not incentivized in any way. -Micro management- most managers still present after the acquisition constantly breathe down your neck. There is no trust amongst leadership and employees. -Management/leadership lacks the experience needed to manage a team in a corporate setting. -No transparency/communication from senior leadership or managers. Every manager/ team has a different perception of what the rules are and how the company should be ran. -Lack of job stability resulting in a toxic culture.
