Pros

TalentSpark really helped me develop my skills as a recruiter. The owners, Stephanie Parker and Allison Cunningham, are truly the best to work with and have inspired me to grow my career. I was always informed of how the business was doing and appreciate the small business atmosphere they provided. Being with this company is truly an opportunity to hone in on your skills while getting to know other companies recruiting practices. If you are looking for work/life balance and managers that support you this is the company to work for.

Cons

Working for TalentSpark is for the right person who has the ability to forgo health benefits. In my case the positives outweighed this factor,

Pros

Exceptional leadership and team, years and years of recruiting experience and expertise. Leadership genuinely cares for the employees and wants what's best for the company AND team. I would highly recommend TalentSpark as an employer. The services they provide are compelling and purposeful and the team and culture is very upbeat and fun. Work part time in the office downtown and part time from home, very flexible.

Cons

Working downtown can be difficult, especially for parking. Fortunately, a great deal of work can be done from home. Small company, so benefits like health insurance are not in place.
