      Syllabus is extremely poor

      Decent pay to start off. Material is provided.

      Cons

      Can schedule demos for 7 people, sometimes they have a 5 year old and 14 year old together and blame it on the system. Syllabus is poor, not structured well, a whole load of spelling mistakes as well for an organisation that apparently teaches English. Have observed a lot of the staff talking extremely rudely to parents. Many others that don't make it worthwhile being a teacher in this organisation.

      fast paced environment that is fueled by the interesting and thought provoking work. the pay and benefits are great as well

      Cons

      there are very few negatives. working with engineers has its ups and its downs as you may be well aware
