      1. They say it will be good exposure, but no exposure at all.

      Cons

      1. Many times they will move you to unexpected technology and ask to show results, without giving any time to learn. 2. Too much pressure and spying 3. Crazy terminations, they will not even give you chance to prove yourself right ! Even higher management was not treated well. Only some employees are being pampered 3. No employee engagement 4.. WFO to only while some work from home 5. Constant aggressive policy changes no concern to what employees want

      Cons

      No career opportunities. No personality development. Strict office timings that are always extended. 5 days work from office for Pune people. Big guys get the flexibility to work from home. Always spying on you. You'll get paid minimum wage, not even close to other employees. You are always under control.
