Freebies very occasionally and nice office location

Very weird office culture, huge focus on alcohol with very little understanding if you don’t want to drink. Forced social interactions over lunch, unable to leave the office and reprimanded if you do so. Office politics is intense as favouritism is present. Leaving when you’re actually scheduled to stop working is frowned upon, unpaid overtime is expected.
