Undoubtedly the worst company

There are no pro's in relation to this organisation, undoubtedly the worst I've ever experienced and there are countless others who have the same opinion, see cons
Cons
The three shareholders of this small company are arrogant and demeaning to a large number of their employees. They have nicknames for the large proportion of them. All they care about is bottom "line" and how much money they make. Their CEO Tom is a hothead, he lets people "know" who is boss constantly. Customers are not well treated , or looked after and there are constant arguments with "what's" included / not included in the contract and free days given away to negate clients anger. Its unprofessionally run, sales contracts are often ambiguous and not specific, small wonder clients react with anger later when they don't get what they want.
