Appraisal process - management will ask you to write down what is your strengths and weaknesses by YOURSELF and tell them why you deserve bonus/promotion. Thought appraisal should be evaluated by management instead of staff? And eventually, they assessed based on your KPI not your performance. 5. No staff benefits at all, you can’t fall in sick cause your medical claim allowance is not sufficient enough to cover the consultant fee + medicine 6. They will ask you to work when you are taking MC 7. Throw all the review jobs to semi seniors/seniors so newly appointed partners can off on time 8. No turnover cause all of us got 2/2.5 years bonds, staff will need to pay the remaining salary to this company if they wish to quit
