Never paid us our earned commission. Required store meeting with no pay. Beds would be broken for several weeks. Schedules come out the day before you work. Owner did not treat their employees with respect. Owner talked poorly behind employees back. Expected to be on call without pay. Owner frequently forgot about vacations with ample notice.

Free tanning, can talk all day

Cons

Not enough managers, to little pay, unrealistic bonus goals and they make you jump through hoops to actually get your commission all while your basically a manager working 12 hours shifts alone and getting paid minimum wage and absolutely no benefits. Every month about 3 people quit and Ryan reeves is extreme rude and corrupt.

work alone for upwards of 12 hours a day without a lunch/break. Has an F rating on bbb

Cons

Completely sales driven. Management advocated lying to customers to meet daily quota, sexual harassment and racist remarks from management.
