      Pay was okay, about average for market

      Lack of professionalism Lack of time off - work life balance Outdated environment Constant blaming and yelling This was by far the worst job i've ever had. The boss, aside from just generally not being a good person was obsessed with conspiracy theories and paranoia that distracted from the workday. He is easy to blame others for HIS mistakes and yell and scream in the process. completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and take a hard pass on this job. Surprised this guy is still in business.

      Paid well for the first job out of college

      Cons

      Paid not enough to deal with manager's crap. This will probably come off as a disgruntled employee, but I felt genuinely unsafe between his road rage, a cockroach infested office, and his constant blabber about conspiracy theories. I always was so frustrated at the demanded fast turnover rate while he would wander around and talk nonstop. Never paid me my final wages and now I am seeking damages.

      One person manage the whole company. In a environment with unorganized management, difficult to work with the team.
