Pros
Great & fun co-workers. The only reason I stayed is because my co workers.
Cons
Toxic management. They promoted those who don't even know what their job is. All they do is sit and pretend they're busy. Supervisor and TLs always promise to assist and train you but they would never. The company itself is okay but on a certain department the supervisor and Team leaders think they own the company by making their own rules that are against the company's rules. They can't even make their report right even after spending months to doing it.
