      Pros

      You can work remotely if you choose.

      Cons

      I am counting the days until I can find somewhere else to go. I have watched too many “little people” get stomped on and discarded. I have witnessed racism, hierarchy mentality, inappropriate conversations, homophobia, lack of leadership, sexism, and verbal abuse. Honestly this place is going downhill fast. Like I said I am ready to get the hell out of here.

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Good bonus and lots of investment in software and processes. Nice working space too the offices are new and spacious.

      Cons

      Bad hours and work life balance. Got to be in with the good old boys in order to get a promotion or be recognized.
