Pros

•fun environment/work culture •commissioned based, so it's ultimately up to you how much you get paid based on your salesmanship •weekly pay •good mentorship •potential leadership growth •if you're absolutely AMAZING at sales, then this is the perfect job for you!

Cons

•SOLELY focuses on direct marketing (in-person sales at Walmarts and Krogers) •basically in the office/"field" (Walmarts and Krogers) from 9:30 am-8 pm (and no, you don't get paid for time in the office) •working 6 days a week (and God FORBID you ask for a Saturday off) •no benefits (medical, dental, etc) until you're promoted to Junior Executive (which could take 6-8 months or even a couple years) •actually so damaging to your mental health (constantly talking to people, constantly selling, working outrageous hours and not getting paid for it, everyone's money hungry, etc) •the managers were very condescending and made work sound like it was everything
