Welcome! Kindly give yourself 5 minutes to read this before joining this company. WARNING: The list is going to be very long. The work culture is terrible. If you join this company, it's safe to say that you need to forget everything about your personal life. Arghhh! Where to start and which department I need to pick first.? HR Team is least supportive. They don't support employees. They don't respond to our needs. Not a single rule in the book will be in the favour of employee. Coming to work culture -- No Hybrid, No work from home, Regular 5 day work week with no flexibility of timings. In case if you're wondering for the consequences, payroll deductions. Congrats & Welcome. Management -- Set some unrealistic deadlines and unachievable targets which are not even in the sight of line to pull of., which results in no work-life balance. No phones allowed inside office premises. No matter how urgent it is for you. Best of luck with that. The whole system is one-way. AUTOCRACY. Zero F's given to employee satisfaction and job security. Thank heavens if you're continuing the next day, because god knows your last working day. And good thing here is you'll have 24 Earned leaves/year(6/quarter) where you can't utilise a single one of them. Yes, you heard it right, you'll be having the number in HR portal, where you've to take UPSC exam before availing them. Office politics are worst than UP state politics. I would suggest to think again. before joining/taking a decision to join here. Thankyou

If you are a developer and willing to join this company, please read this review. - No proper work plan, the whole project should be completed in one month, if you are not able to complete it, extend your work hours to meet the deadline. (no pay for extra hours) - For name sake, they say Agile process but it is not Agile, it is Tangile, requirements change frequently, Developer has to suffer. - For two days' leave you have to beg your manager, even though you have enough leaves in your account you are not allowed to take them. - If you are UI resource you have to work under uneducated, unprofessional lead

Don't expect. Company can proudly announce for 7th/10th pass people not for professionals.

Here it starts an Interesting as well as *Filthy story. wanna experience in real time ? then it's your karma :D Before i start i wanna sahre my opinion about positive ratings given earlier in this site. I believe those are current employes are foreced by internal team because they can't live outside the world and sattisfied with in. hmm now.. They offer a good position and they will try to actract new joinee with all false promisses, later victim will came to know that all glitters are not gold.. haha I know that mobile isn't allowed in office, so that i confirmed with HR and it's allowed :) but the policy will change with in seconds with out intimation to HR team only..(HR Acting will be in peeks) What a petty -- finally it results your mobile has be in locker later on days :( [What if any urgent call from Home/Family/Friends? Think!] Mandatory Things: 1. Family Photo has to be on desk, if not there will be an action taken from HR. 2. There has to be a plant with a pot on your desk which has to be taken care by your self or else... uuhh again HR will action up on u. I can clearly say TANLA = BOARDING SCHOOL and it's proved as LHS=RHS below.. In Tanla ------- In School ---------------------------- Daily build-up Meetings -- Daily Pleadge Shoes mandatory -- Shoes mandatory No Beard -- No Beard In-Shirt & chappal not allowed -- In-Shirt/Chappal once in a week Mobile not allowed -- Mobile not allowed LHS = RHS 100% company is strictly for 10th class people, if you wanna risk then you are awarded hahahahaha :):) No improvement of Knowledge.

Hiring is the key for any company's growth, we make sure that our passionate employees are heard with responsibility. 2. We dont allow the phones for security reasons, your desk extensions are always available for your families to reach you at work. 3. We dont have any mandatory things, its a healthy practice that we promote for vibrancy in the premises. 4. With the mode of business that we are in, we appreciate a pleasant attire. We are consistently working on making things better for our employees.
