      Great learning opportunities, but leadership struggles persist

      Great place to learn - has both internal products and is trying to scale up to CDMO capabilities

      Cons

      Not the best leadership - after a massive and painful layoff process they struggled putting the organization back together

      Met some really nice and talented people.

      Cons

      The CEO seems to micromanage every aspect of the company. Some VPs do not have the necessary skill and experience to move the company forward. They seem to just do whatever the CEO tells them to do regardless of how it impacts the people under them. RR and QL are probably two of the execs that should not be in the positions they’re in.
