he company has no sales strategies, meetings, reviews etc.The Md's entire time is invested in spending in personal and staying out of office with affairs in the office.. The office is run basically, by freshers who have experience of only a few months. I have also encountered a false termination under false pretenses. The MD , without proper intimation to his seniors, terminated someone, without any reasons. And then had to take back his temination, as he did not have the authority to take this action. A lot of politics for a team of 4 people. Very detrimental place to work at. This company has no values. Employees are bribed to change statements. Your work is not properly documented. False reports are submitted to the head office at sweden.
