Pros
Incredible culture. Feels like a family. Talented people led by a CEO who I'd love to work for again. He let each person have ownership on their respective areas and it forced growth (individual & for the business). Challenging yet rewarding experience. I couldn't imagine working elsewhere (still hard to think about). I would still be there if the company didn't shut down operations. It's going to be tough to find a culture and boss as great to work for again.
Cons
Pay wasn't as competitive, but you give that up when working for a start-up.
