      1. Modern. Open-minded. Energetic. BIG EMPHATY environment. 2. Fast-paced company. Good for those who loves high adrenaline in working. Every day is new challenge. Every day is day one. 3. All-rounders ecosystem. Perks of working in small size company, where you are able to learn about other roles and scope easily. Take it for your own learning curves. Hence, the career opportunities are HUGE. 4. Fun and exciting projects! Maybe you're not involved directly to the Projects, but you are able to get to know about the projects during the townhall. Maybe the company name is not known somewhere, but the project/client is very well-known. 5. Open-door to HR. You are welcome to share ANYTHING to HR, and the management will try their best to assist overcome your issues. Of course, it always depending on how severe the issue is.

      1. Some department is not having enough resources. The management shall check back the workload capacity vs resources availability.
