No pros worst organisation ever

1)Entire company is mismanaged by co-founders and hr and they keep using each other as escapegoat. 2)No job security irrespective of the quality of work. 3)The old employees think they run the company and are interested in everything else other than working, if you raise an issue or complain against any of them no action will be taken and entire gang will target you and harass you. 4)Most toxic place to work, 6 days a week,no work life balance,things change overnight without any intimation. 5)Do not pay salaries to employees on time, no set leave policy or wfh policy it is all preferential based on who you are. 6)Promotes non-transparency and will exploit you any possible way they can and hr will only create more problems if you raise a concern rather than helping employees. 7)Fickle minded co-founders change how you run business everyday and does not really listen to anyone also promotes favouritism and unhealthy competition. 8)People are promoted and then unceremoniously asked to resign over silly things or create unfavourable work conditions pushing employees to resign without justified severance pay.
