Company with worst management possible
Pros
None that I can think of.
Cons
1. Management is the worst possible in here. Too much bureaucracy to do any meaningful development work. 2. There is no CTO and the architects are also incompetent, have no knowledge of what they are trying to achieve. 3. The work life balance is completely bonkers. They expect you to work on weekends like it's just natural. Even if you do manage to work on weekends and support whenever required, they'll still directly compare you to some random coworker and tell you that you didn't do enough. 4. They'll force you to work from office. The problem with that is, the entire team is scattered across the country, with all having different base locations. And if you ask the HR to change your base location so that you can work alongside your team, they'll just say that there's not enough space in that location to accommodate. 5. They'll ask you to support extra during sale periods and won't give a single rupee as bonus
