Having spent a significant time at Tata Digital, I've witnessed its shift from good to bad to worse, and I've every reason, and right, to speak candidly about it. Oh, look, Tata Digital's leadership has changed again! Every 8-10 months, it's a whole new circus, CEO, CTO, Product Heads, Business Heads, VPs, Architecture Heads, Engineering Heads, you name it. Twice in two years, folks! And it's all out there in public domain and news articles, so don't act surprised. Meanwhile the minions are sprinting around like headless chickens, desperately trying to save their jobs every single day. It's like a never-ending episode of "Survivor: Corporate Edition". And the new leadership? Oh, they're in "data collection mode" for the last 5-6 months. Translation: they're clueless and have no plan. but hey, at least they're consistent in their vagueness! Dare to ask a question in any org-level meeting? Prepare for a masterclass in corporate gibberish. They'll hit you with vague, abstract responses and smart wordplay that says absolutely nothing. And if you're lucky, you might even get snubbed like a schoolkid by a grumpy principal. Fun times! And the workplace? A toxic nightmare where fear rules. Perfect if you're into daily doses of dread and thrive on waking up wondering how to dodge the next round of cut-throat political nonsense. So, unless you're desperate for a paycheck and ready to pop pills for your blood pressure, sugar, and heart issues, steer clear of Tata Digital and your sanity will thank you.
