0. It's like a hybrid of STARTUP + government Job. (Hopefully, you can conclude the rest yourself. ) 1. Great Worklife balance 2. Decent learning opportunities if you are eager 3. Very employee-friendly policies and work environment
Cons
0. It's like a hybrid of startup + GOVERNMENT Job. 1. Very minimal hike (max 10-12% if you are the best person in team) 2. No pressure, no eagerness to incorporate new technologies. (everyone is doing bare minimum and taking their salaries) 3. They wouldn't fire you unless you are totally useless. This gives good room to become complacent. 4. They wouldn't raise a single penny and they don't care if you leave because of money. They seem to have some zero retension policy.
