      The work environment at the company is excellent, and teamwork and collaboration are deeply ingrained and encouraged. Work life balance is something possible if you work at Tavano.

      Tavano Team is by far the best work environment I ever had the chance to work at. I've been here for many year and not planning on leaving any time soon

      Cons

      With Covid I really miss going to the office and enjoy the teamwork dynamics.
