      Great co-workers. Hourly pay is decent

      Cons

      Sales metrics are very hard to hit. Out of 10 reps in my office only a couple would hit their numbers. And when I mean hit their numbers I mean the amount they would need to sell to make any comission at all. Plan on jusgt making the hourly and getting micro-managed like crazy. I've heard the los angeles offices are the worst

      I have felt disrespected constantly since the day I have started working here. You work with colleagues who think they're superior to you because of their position and seniority with the company and you do not get appreciated for all the work and revenue you have brought in for the company! Also constantly getting disrespected by other co workers in the office as well. Did not made me feel like I was part of the team.
