This job was the most toxic environment I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy work here. The owner yells, belittles, humiliates, manipulates, and plays mind games. He also plays favorites with employees. The “favorite” employees will bully the non-favorites until they quit. It’s also weird working for a family company because there are zero boundaries. Seriously, run. The good benefits aren’t worth it.
