      Work for home from any countries with flexibility

      Cons

      Bosses do not treat employees well. Technology developed is good but not developed in the countries where the company intends to operate. There is no transparency with customers or employees. There is no inclusive work culture, teamwork and job tenure is not encouraged. High employee turnover.

      A full-blown scam No structure There are no different departments, everything is managed by two people in chiringuito mode. Bonus payments are not honoured There is a lot of verbal disrespect towards employees Technology does not fit in the market and is not ready They have less than 5 customers globally and claim to have many more (look for logos on the website..., they will tell you they don't have permissions from customers to use them yet) No visibility of profit and loss accounts Widespread dissatisfaction
