Pros
Most of the co-workers are really nice and there’s a good atmosphere in the office. Half of the time the management/owners are pretty hands off or not there at-all so things can go pretty smoothly.
Cons
The owners show no respect for the staff and don’t listen to any complaints. The pays awful and the work load is ridiculous. Quality expectation doesn’t match the limited time we’re given. Most people leave the company after a few months.
