      Taxmann is Huge name if someone knows their Market share in the Indian book market so you will be get something great on your resume if you worked with them

      Cons

      They have weird work Culture, employees there don't respect the deadline and they don't understand about the personal learning curve they just want everything perfect and instant

      nothing which I can say I remember being part of organisation . I joined them with a vision but my vision by itself got lost working with them

      Too much of politics, even a peon will evaluate the a senior in office. Not open to new ideas.
