      Pros

      Love the residents, liked some of my coworkers. The job was easy to do.

      Cons

      Management was horrible, there was no respect for the hardest workers. The staff was in constant chaos due to its disorganization, inconsistency in training and unprofessional demeanor of those in charge. I've never met more hypocrites in one establishment.

      Pros

      Residents very responsive and willing to make the community work. Marketing and Recreation departments were top notch - great leadership.

      Cons

      Both Executive Directors and former Administrator, as well as Board of Trustees, were constant power struggle, and created havoc and unnecessary anxiety for residents and staff. This organization tried too much, and could never focus on the residents first
