      Pros

      Fantastic company! Very supportive of managers, education support, family support. The President personally knows every employee and is accessible at any time. Regional offices allow for easy access to Regional VPs whenever needed.

      Cons

      Very strict on days off - even for emergencies. Sometimes there seems a little bit of a disconnect between back-office accounting and on-site managers. Would have liked to have more leeway to attend CAI events to gain education and socialize with peers.
