Pros

FOH and BOH employees are the best, most hardworking people I have ever experienced. They truly put their heart and soul into the craft of what they create to serve customers.

Cons

Lack of communication amongst management to staff, very little opportunity to grow although stated otherwise, under paid employees for amount of hours/work put into each job. Little to no recognition for hard work.

Sharing tips is really frustrating if people don't work as hard as you.

Pros

Quality food and beverages make your job as a server easy. It's good stuff at a great price, and that keeps guests returning on the regular.

Cons

While tip pool encourages collaboration, it discourages commitment from harder-working staff. Quality of food/drink/experience is often driven by staff, not mgmt, and that can make for a highly variable work experience.
