Pros
They reduce our Office hours to only 8 hours including break time
Cons
The headline says it all. The growth in Career is poor. I wish they could give benefits and incentives fairly and give salary appraisal to those who work hard. This makes me feel burned out. Also, the management still some requests beyond office hours.
