1. People believe in the cause they are working for 2. Opportunities for young people 3. I do believe the Fellowship program is good
Cons
1. Cult like extremely toxic work culture 2. Emotional manipulation 3. No structure 4. No visible impact 5. The organization has limited itself by not listening to feedback and including things that will take it to next level 6. Salary is so low that even breathing inside the building cannot be afforded 7. The alumni staff do not understand what actually organization values means but keep on reciting it as mantra 8. If you want your own life, this is not the place for you.
