Pros
Good partnerships with schools, leadership teams of the schools and relationships with candidate teachers. Managers immediate and above were supportive and knew the market well. Good training for the majority although some of it a complete waste of time and often irrelevant.
Cons
Terrible commission and basic salary. Commuting to and from London made it very challenging and expensive. Very few other Randstad benefits/perks/rewards. Constant changes above within the corperation, often annually meaning many changes and nothing stuck. Very difficult to find consistency. HR - very poor.
