Pros
Good learning opportunities and business exposure. The management are very open for ideas and discussions. Takes good responsibility of all the business decisions (they got your back). Good exposure to multi-cultural background. No unnecessary overtime.
Cons
Team is small. Expect to wear multiple hats at a time. The package maybe not very competitive, but understandable for a company its size.
